My favorite festival

My  favorite festival is Tsagaan sar. The Tsagaan sar is Mongolian traditional festival and Mongolian traditional New Year’s name is tsagaan sar. The Mongolian traditional Tsagaan sar festivities are held of winter season. It’s a time  for people to welcome the coming spring. People celebrate  the Tsagaan sar  three days. Preparations begin in January.
Every family makes a a lot of  food. Tsagaan sar’s very important foods are “buuz” and “uuts”. Buuz means big damply. it is much big and uuts means beef. So, Tsagaan sar have a lot of activities. There are riding horse , wrestling and archery, Children play Morin khuur  or sing song. People  enjoy visiting each other . people exchanging gift each other and every people greet and kiss each other but every spouse never greet each other. The Tsagaan sar’s greet name is “zolgoh”.  The Mongolian Tsagaan sar is an exciting holiday which everyone looks  forward to. It is celebration rich in traditional and full happiness.
